St. John’s University to use StatBroadcast’s StatMonitr for media stats in 2016-17

QUEENS, NY --

St. John’s University will use StatBroadcast’s StatMonitr system to provide real-time stats feeds to its media and staff throughout the 2016-17 academic year, StatBroadcast announced today.

St. John’s University is a private, Roman Catholic university located in the borough of Queens in New York City, New York. Established in 1870, it has a current enrollment of more than 15,750 students. St. John’s 16 varsity athletic teams are known as the Red Storm and complete at the NCAA Division-I level as members of the Big East Conference. St. John’s men’s basketball program has had some noted success, twice reaching the Final Four in 1952 (finishing runner-up) and 1985 while reaching the Elite Eight on four additional occasions.

St. John’s is the 11th institution from the state of New York to partner with StatBroadcast and the eighth member of the Big East Conference.
